i think those plugins is not necessary for every one, except Google XML Sitemaps, DB backup and Google Analytics. more plugin installed, wordpress will run more slowly.

I think the addthis.com (used on this site) is a whole lot better. It's just easier to use. You should check it out.

Hi, I found cool flash photo galleries plugin for WordPress. Named GRAND Flash Album Gallery – multi category flash skin based photo gallery with powerful admin. I used it in my blog. There are so many different settings. You can adjust the color scheme for your blog as you wish. There are many different skins. You can present your photo gallery in a wonderful way, there is a full-screen mode. This is a very cool plugin.

I use a plugin called "Datafeedr Random Ads V2" It allows you to simply and easily show random ads anywhere in your template files or using widgets.
you can add Images, Javascript, Adsense code, etc..

Great list! Here are two that I'm digging:

One of my new faves is Apture, which is like an embedded Zemanta for adding links, pics and more. Been using it for a bit now and it's really slick.

I'm also a fan of Wibiya (www.wibiya.com) which creates a floating bar at the bottom of your page that allows people to tweet (and follow you), search your site, become a fan on facebook, and subscribe without being taken off of your page. They were invite only when I added it, but may have opened up to the public by now.
